About Fantasy Sports Post, LLC

FSPost's History

Fantasy Sports Post began after hours of conversation debating prospects, which players to take at which point in a draft, etc. At some point, we realized that the amount of time and effort we put into our Fantasy Sports research would be valuable to others who might not have the time to devote to a draft, but still want to dominate their league. We came together and brainstormed the ideas for FantasySportsPost.com.

FantasySportsPost.com was in development from February 2006 until it finally went live on March 20th, 2007. Since that time, all contributors have been constantly working on new tools to enhance both the website and their ability to give you the best and most accurate information they possibly can.

In January of 2008, FSPost released it's first ever Top 50 Fantasy Prospects list for the 2008 Baseball season. It has since ranked the top 50 prospects for Baseball and Hockey each season.

In May of 2008, FSPost went live with historical hockey data from 1917 to 2007. In early 2009, Fantasy Sports Post went live with all-time statistics for Baseball, dating back to 1903. In June of 2009, FSPost finally released junior (and some midget data) for all NHLers going back to about 1980.

In September of 2009, FSPost released it's first projected stats for the 2009-10 NHL Season. These projections are from the culmination of 6 years of design, testing, adjusting algorithms, etc. Our hope is that it is the most accurate publicly available projection system.

FSPost's Philosophy

Fantasy sports have been around for a couple decades now. In our work, we hope to provide all readers with information that is balanced, well-thought, and slightly entertaining that few fantasy sports websites have ever done. FantasySportsPost is devoted to bringing our users the best and most accurate information to use in your fantasy sports decisions. Our articles represent our own individual opinions and may, at times not represent mainstream thought on a particular subject. We want to give our opinion of how we truly feel.

We want to harvest an innovative user-friendly approach to fantasy sports coverage. We care about your opinions; if there is something we could improve upon or if something is inaccurate, please let us know. We can only make this site better if our users help us improve.

Thank you for taking the time to use our site, and we look forward to hearing any suggestions you may have.

Chris, Steve, Doug, Joe, and Mark
